The Zombies: Odessey and Oracle 50th Anniversary will be at James K. Polk Theater in Nashville, TN

1967 - Following the success of their hit singles “She’s Not There” and “Tell Her No”, The Zombies enter London’s famed Abbey Road Studios to record what would become “Odessey & Oracle”, their final album together.  Initially ignored upon its release, the final track “Time of the Season” later became a surprise worldwide hit in 1969, and over the decades, “Odessey & Oracle” has been rediscovered as a cultural touchstone, recently named #100 in Rolling Stone’s “500 Greatest Albums Of All Time”.  However, The Zombies had broken up by the end of 1967 - they never performed the album live.

2017 - To mark the 50th Anniversary of the recording, all four surviving original Zombies will reunite to perform “Odessey & Oracle” for the final time.  Due to popular demand, Colin Blunstone, Rod Argent, Chris White and Hugh Grundy will reprise their critically-acclaimed 2015 tour...the first-ever live performances of “Odessey  & Oracle” in America...which played to rapturous capacity audiences in theatres across the country.  A concert in two parts, featuring a 9-piece ensemble of original and current Zombies with special guests, performing career-spanning greatest hits, and a note-for-note recreation of “Odessey & Oracle” in its entirety.

“Imagine creating the best work of your life, some of the best music of its day, and no one cares. Now imagine playing those songs 47 years later to a screaming and loving bunch of fans and getting what seems like a hero's welcome. That's part of the story of The Zombies…”
